Your Subscription
Your subscription includes access to 24/7 technical support, remote setup, and customized pre-saved channel preferences.
All orders are categorized into two types which are selected on the Checkout page. Either New Orders or Renewals. New orders are for first-time customers and renewals are for customers with an existing subscription that they would like to extend.
New Orders
New orders to this service will receive Setup and Configuration instructions specific to the customer’s device. The setup process is quick and easy and usually takes less than 5 minutes.
Renewals
For renewals, customers simply choose the desired length of the subscription tand place their order. We encourage you to renew at least one day before the expiry date to avoid tripping of service. An email reminder will be sent a day before your subscription expires.
We do not collect personal information beyond the name and email address you provide. We do not share this information with any third parties. All reasonable practices are in place to ensure confidential storage and handling of personal information. We do not have access to your credit card information; this is managed by our payment gateway providers.
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
We accept payments online using all major credit cards, in CAD currency.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled within the hour, and you will receive a confirmation once the order is placed.
